I will say that I felt very safe in the hotel. This is the second time I have traveled to Vegas solo and the first time, I also stayed at Excalibur.

Positive side, the room appeared to be renovated the sheets looked brand new and the towels, also. The case holding in the HVAC unit was broken. I found the countertops to be extremely dusty, the floors had crumbs from previous guests and I also found trash on the floor. I know that sometimes housekeeping rushes through with cleaning. Being that I work in the hotel industry, I always bring cleaning supplies to clean the phone, toilet, remotes and surfaces. However, this visit, I was surprised that it smelt a lot cleaner and I can tell the air circulation is a lot better. As you can imagine, this is not a good smell together. I am used to walking into the casino with a heavy smell of cig smoke and a strong flowery fragrance. I have stayed at Excalibur maybe 4 times now, this time being the 4th.
